- Educational Qualification:
- Electronics & Communication: First-class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Electronics, Communication, or Telecommunication.
- Computer Science: First-class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Geo-Informatics & Remote Sensing: First-class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Geo-Informatics or related fields.
- Mathematics: First-class Master’s degree in Mathematics or a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computing.
- GATE Score: Candidates must have a valid GATE score from 2022, 2023, or 2024. The GATE code must correspond to the subject applied for (e.g., EC for Electronics & Communication, CS for Computer Science).

1. Shortlisting
- Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of Score in GATE 2024/2023/2022
2. Computer Based Test
It comprises of the following subjects

- Candidate Registration: Candidate should visit the official website i.e https://recruit-ndl.nielit.gov.in/ and then click New User registration. Then Candidate has to complete registration procedure by entering his basic details, email id and mobile no. User ID/Registration ID will be generated which will be sent on mobile no via SMS or email id.
- Fill the application form: Candidate should login using Registration ID/user-id and 10th roll no and fill the application form.
- Attachment of Documents : Candidate is advised to attach the document such as Photograph and signature and any other required as per notification.
- Pay the application fees: Candidate is required to pay the applicable fees as applicable based on category on the online link.
