- Officers under Central Government/State Government/Union Terrotories/Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Statutory or Autonomous Organizations holding analogous posts or have five years of service in a grade with a pay scale of ₹8,000 – ₹13,500 or equivalent
